30-Day Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with your PawSilk purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unworn, and in its original packaging where applicable. You may also be asked to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at Pawsilk04@gmail.com before sending any item back. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain used pet-care or grooming products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards and any items marked as final sale are also non-returnable where permitted by applicable law.

Return Shipping

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
